Terms of Service

By accessing or using UserFeed ("the Service"), operated by BrowserStudio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

UserFeed is a feedback collection platform for Chrome extension developers. It allows developers to collect structured uninstall feedback from their users via a hosted feedback form and analytics dashboard.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Collect feedback from users without their knowledge
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Add-ons (extra extension slots, additional form slots, unlimited data retention) are billed as monthly line items on top of your base plan.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes where Paddle is required to collect them.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time except as described in our Refund Policy.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrowserStudio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowserStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
