UserFeed is operated by BrowserStudio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at browserstudio.xyz.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address.

Extension and form data: We store the extension details, feedback forms, and configuration you create on our platform.

End-user feedback responses: We store the information that end users voluntarily submit through feedback forms, along with metadata such as the submission time and form completion status (e.g. time spent and drop-off stage) needed to provide analytics.

Usage data: We collect limited usage information, such as page visits and feature interactions within the service, to maintain and improve UserFeed.

Billing information: Payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
• Respond to your support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your data or your users' data to third parties.

As a developer using UserFeed, you are the data controller for the feedback responses collected from your extension's users. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent and disclosures in place (e.g. in your extension's privacy policy) for collecting this data.

We act as a data processor on your behalf for this data and process it only as directed by your use of the Service.

Free plan accounts retain response data for 30 days. Pro plan accounts retain data for up to 1 year (or indefinitely with the unlimited retention add-on, while the subscription is active).

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate UserFeed and deliver the Service, including:

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription billing. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment information.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in. We receive only the information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your name and email address.
• Resend — transactional email delivery, including account-related emails and notifications.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to securely host and operate the Service and store your data.

If you enable Discord or email notifications, we store the webhook URL or notification email address you provide solely to deliver submission notifications.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Data portability
