What counts as an extension?
Each Chrome extension you connect to UserFeed is one extension. Each extension includes one feedback form at no extra cost.
What happens when I hit 100 responses on the free plan?
New submissions are paused for the rest of the month. Your existing data is safe and accessible. Responses reset at the start of each calendar month.
Can I add more feedback forms per extension?
Yes. Each additional form beyond the one included per extension costs $1/mo.
What is the retention add-on?
By default, free plan data is kept for 30 days and Pro plan for 1 year. The unlimited retention add-on keeps your responses indefinitely for as long as your subscription is active.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

Is the UserFeed badge removable?
