Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with UserFeed. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with UserFeed for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

To request a refund, email us at victor@browserstudio.xyz within 14 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Renewals

We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard.

Annual Plans

Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, you will retain access until the end of the annual period.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 14-day window for initial purchases
  • Renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the renewal date

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
